From government server to search result, every piece of sanctions data follows a documented, verifiable chain. This is not just a policy — it's a technical reality enforced by cryptographic hashing.
VERIFICATION PROTOCOL
SOURCE FILE AUTHENTICATION
Upon download from an authoritative source, we capture and permanently record: SHA-256 cryptographic hash, exact URL, timestamp (UTC), file size in bytes, HTTP response headers, and SSL/TLS certificate verification status.
IMPORT VERIFICATION
Following database import, the system generates record count verification against source file, field-level integrity checks, import completion timestamp, and comparison hash of the imported dataset.
AUDIT TRAIL IMMUTABILITY
All verification records are stored in append-only audit logs that cannot be modified or deleted. These logs are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years and are available for inspection by authorised parties upon request.

Eurabelt Fuels Group does NOT subscribe to, purchase from, or incorporate data from any commercial sanctions screening providers including Refinitiv World-Check, Dow Jones Risk & Compliance, LexisNexis, or any other third-party data aggregator.
